At Crodeon we choose to trust in industry-leading technology, which is why our temperature humidity sensor contains a Sensirion chip. The SHT35 humidity and temperature sensor by Sensirion AG provides high accuracy and reliability.

Thanks to our sensor adapter there's direct compatibility with every Reporter, our sensor module for remote monitoring. Every Crodeon sensor cable is extendable to fit your unique project.

The SHT35 is the high-end version of the SHT3x series, incorporating 15 years of knowledge from Sensirion, the leader in the relative humidity sensor industry. This sensor offers an accuracy of 1,5% RH and 0,1°C (factory calibration). The accuracy can be improved further through manual calibration via the Crodeon Dashboard.

Crodeon Cloud

The Crodeon Dashboard is our cloud platform. Here you can watch your live and historical measurements as your sensor data is being streamed there in real-time. The Dashboard also allows you to alter any sensor or Reporter settings such as measurement interval and alarm configuration.

A temperature and humidity sensor with API

Relative humidity measurements are of great importance, which is why you would want to automate other processes based on your measurement data. Our rest API allows you to seamlessly integrate your sensor data into your own software or systems. This makes it possible to automate other processes or steps when your sensor measures above or under certain thresholds.

Where to use your temperature and humidity sensor

We advise against using the indoor sensor in direct sunlight. When measuring in direct sunlight the outdoor humidity and temperature sensor should be used. The outdoor sensor comes with a weather-proof radiation shield (white).

This relative humidity sensor comes with an on-chip PTFE foil membrane that allows for sensor use under harsh environmental conditions. The on-chip filter lasts over the total sensor lifetime.

What is the best accurate temperature and humidity sensor?

The Crodeon RH sensor uses a Sensirion chip. Sensirion is a market leader in humidity measurements, guaranteeing that you will receive the most accurate and precise measurements.

Does a humidity sensor measure temperature?

Yes, a humidity sensor measures temperature as relative humidity cannot be measured without knowing temperature. RH is a value based on how much moisture air can hold when it is at a certain temperature. Warmer air can hold more moisture than colder air.

The correct name would therefore be a temperature humidity sensor or a humidity temperature sensor.
