The 6410 anemometer by Davis Instruments, made compatible with Reporter for easy remote monitoring. Combine Davis Instruments' weather monitoring expertise with the ease of Crodeon's plug & play technology using Reporter. Simply plug the M12 connector into Reporter and your wind monitoring project goes live within minutes.
When connected to Reporter, all data measurements are automatically streamed to the cloud (Crodeon Dashboard) where you can view all live and historic measurements. The Dashboard also allows you to set alarm notifications. This can be helpful when you want to be alerted when wind speeds become dangerously high or when the wind direction changes.
Reporter comes with an API, when using the wind sensor you could use the API to automatically trigger safety systems, or feed this data into predictive models.

This sensor comes with a Crodeon sensor adapter to ensure easy plug & play installation using Reporter.
This wind sensor measures wind speed, and wind direction with great accuracy. It is a great alternative for our professional weather station if you're only interested in wind measurements.

All Crodeon sensors are plug & play compatible with your Reporter. Browse our shop and select the sensors, accessories and Reporters of your choice, or choose one of the pre-composed kits that match your needs.
Reporter® requires a subscription of €180 /year to operate. Add this package to your cart when checking out. The subscription covers things like connectivity and use of the Crodeon Dashboard. Kits already include a 1 year subscription. Contact us if you only need the sensors without connectivity.
